Bundled Rates: Bundled rates are only available in the Denver metro area counties of Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Broomfield, and Douglas. This rate includes the title premium, tax certificate fee, and all endorsements. It DOES NOT include closing or recording fees. The bundled rates are as follows: Up to and including $100,000 $450.00 $100,000 to $150,000 $500.00 $150,001 to $200,000 $550.00 $200,001 to $300,000 $625.00 $300,001 to $500,000 $825.00 $500,001 to $750,000 $975.00 $750,001 to $1,000,000 $1,225.00 $1,000,001 to $1,500,000 $1,725.00 $1,500,001 to $2,000,000 $2,325.00 Simultaneous Issue Rate: $125.00 for each additional policy. Refinance Rates: Refinance rates are 50% of the base rate as stated in the base rate schedules. Foreclosure Commitment (FC) Rates: 1. If the foreclosure is cured in any manner, without the policy being issued or to be issued pursuant to the FC, a cancellation fee shall be charged as follows: (a) From the initial search to the prior recording of NED $300.00 (b) After recording the NED $400.00 2. If the foreclosure proceeds through to the sale, the FC shall be treated as a 110% hold open policy and the lender shall pay 100% of the applicable base rate. Foreclosure Certificate: The foreclosure certificate identifies the parties with a recorded interest in the real property, and it identifies those who are to be notified of the foreclosure procedures. The certificate includes copies of all information of record from the recorded date of the subject deed of trust being foreclosed to the certification date. The foreclosure certificate is offered in the Denver metro area counties, Larimer, and El Paso counties. * Foreclosure policies should also include a search of the names of the borrowers for bankruptcy filings. Foreclosure Search Report: The foreclosure search report (FSR) is utilized by the foreclosing attorney preparing a commitment or policy for a third party purchaser after the foreclosure has been completed. The FSR includes updates through the foreclosure process.
